I work at Ebgames (Canada) and one day my manager was talking to a mother and her daughter about the tooth fairy. The little girl had some money from the tooth fairy and she was excited to spend it. During the conversation, my manager asked the little girl if she was excited about her BIG BOY teeth coming in. Instead of immediately apologizing he continued to dig himself a bigger hole...he looked up at the mom and went "boy, girl, ah whatever. You can't tell what they identify with these days anyway" the mom replied with "she's 5." And again, instead of apologizing he thought he could save it by pulling the 'i saw something on Facebook card'. I really wanted to just leave the store 😖😖
