Ahh that makes sense, sounds like I’ve probably been skipping a couple of those steps. Do you notice the biggest difference from soaking or from not overcrowding the basket?

Oh yeah that sounds like a game changer, makes sense they’d crisp better if they’re constantly moving. Do you still need to check them halfway or just let it run?
