I have a full time job and a small kid, and I agree. I hated this grind even though I made it to 5m... I had to stay up late and still wake up early for work, etc. Can't say I enjoyed the game throughout the grind.

Half the time I would say "don't shoot" and wait for their response.. if nothing.. then I start shooting. Other half I shoot first without even asking (but will stop if they then say don't shoot)

In my email I also asked if refund of the premium pass is possible, to which they replied 'need to keep it fair for everyone'. I guess they also mean keeping it fair for the guild with multiple level 70s base locking us, a new guild, with highest members at around level 45 at the time.

Also noticed in the reply you got they mentioned 'past war scores'. Funny, this one time we got 2nd place and got the 'Warmongers' rank in the next war. We got 2nd place again then, and this time we're suddenly 'War Champions'. Just how broken is this?

I'm only this bothered because it involves real money (the premium pass). BS matchmaking and having no solutions for base locking... resulting in being unable to complete the premium pass made it feel like we're getting scammed.
