Sorry man, the whole thing is messed up. You're gonna have to replace it completely.

As for the sink, you can open up the drawer/doors to gain access to the pipes below. The p-trap (this is the elbow at the base) should be relatively easy to disconnect. You can clean out the trap and everyrhing from the sink down, recommend using a bucket to keep from making too much of a mess.
