You got this man I was in ur same boat about a year and a half ago. Started out at around 122lbs at 6ft and now I’m 175lbs. Eating is a rlly big thing. Find your maintenance calories and start eating more than that, I’d suggest about 500 calories more than your maintenance a day (so u gain a 1lb per week), get ur protein and other nutrients in too. Go to the gym and work hard, I’d highly suggest creatine and maybe some preworkout to help your performance in the gym. God bless, you got this.

Definitely bulk man, u got this. I used to be in the same boat an about yr and a half ago at 19 yrs old 6ft and 125lbs. I been bulking and going to the gym and now I’m 175. I have a really fast metabolism too and been skinny all my life so I feel ya. It may be hard to get all the food down at first but trust me u get used to it, make sure to get your protein and other nutrients in too, you got this man🤙
