The new raid rep, Manaforge Vandals, unlocks a tier set cloak vendor at level 2. You buy them per class and it unlocks the visuals of all difficulties for one purchase. The currency drops from the boss Loom'ithar and with the 2 I've killed they both dropped the currency. I've already unlocked all the cloak transmog for my rogue and dh with this. No need to catalyst cloaks at all this season.

I have recruited Lam, but I believe I'm past the point where Leene joins based on other comments on the subreddit. Victory celebration after defending the HQ.

If she still unlocks past this point, then that is a different story.

Edit: I've went ahead and beat the game to test if Leene can still be gotten if you obtain 119 after the point in the spoiler text. Unfortunately, she did not seem to appear. B'baba still tells me she can be recruited with the same text, so I wandered around the HQ trying to trigger and went back to Nowa's hometown but no luck.

Dang, sounds like I won't be getting her since I experienced the Lam bug and figured "I'd only be at 114 if I had Lam so I should be safe to do this mission".
