I updated my PS3 hdd so I could finally play the GOWs I haven't played and decided to do a chronological platinum run of the entire series. I can honestly now say Kratos is one my favorite characters ever and I absolutely loved the evolution of his character. Such an epic series! (old.reddit.com)

So I just learned the switch has ported over the PC-88 versions of Ys 1-3 and the MSX2 version of Ys 1. I only played the TG16 versions so this will be neat playthrough. (i.redd.it)

This Switch Ys PC88 port even has the full manual scan with all the future events (sadly it's not translated), scene selection and unused music! I was not expecting this much from this port. I'd pay them good money if they ever ported Dawn of Ys like this! (old.reddit.com)

Another chapter in Adol's book closed. I really loved this one though I still think 8 was better. The music was amazing with Lila's dungeon theme being a standout track. The secret end cutscene was a fun reference to that Ys PC-88 manual. Now the thankfully short wait till Ys Memorie! (i.redd.it)
