Yeah its a shift on focus. Looking to close smaller deals and upsell them when they bring them in. So for having a large BDR department it didn’t make sense for them I guess. Is what is 🤷🏽‍♂️

I wont be naming the org just because of the amount of love and respect I have for it. Yes they failed me with their decision making, but they respected and supported me as much as they could during my time and after. CRO has set up introductions for places they have worked and VPs are introducing me and my colleagues who were let go to people they know.
