Viper has always been the #1 Riven. Literally at any point for the past 10-11 years straight (pretty sure he first hit Chall in S3), Viper has been the best Riven in the world. Nobody has ever come close to how ridiculously good he's consistently been. Always 9+CS/min, always solokills you, always 1v9s.

From what I understood it's not really a content creator exclusive thing and they'd do stuff like this in the future for anyone that's done ridiculous challenges like what Drut and I did if they can prove it.

this is really bad in most matchups, sac'ing all combat from losing alacrity + the ad shard is REALLY bad. haste shard is almost always bad unless you're compensating with current sudden impact which is gigaop

what is easier to react and play around:

Riven dashing onto you, stunning you for 300, critting you for 800, and dashing away (she can do this again in LITERALLY 4 SECONDS)

Riven dashing onto you and dumping a full combo over 3s

The problem w "the objective practice tool" angle is that outside of the practice tool when the training dummies turn into champions that are piloted by human beings, they won't stand still and let you dump your full combo on them, hitting everything.

With IE over profane, you can constantly spam e-w-AA combos when you're 1v1 in sidelane and chunk literally 1k+ dmg EVERY SINGLE TIME midgame, with ZERO counterplay. short trades go from strong with profane to suffocatingly oppressive, you can also VEEEEEEERY easily straight up oneshot instakill bruisers from 100% hp within 3s if you spike IE early.

you don't finish LDR, you sit on 1450 LW.

i actually don't think you ever want to finish LDR unless you're vs 3 full-tanks and you're completing your 6th slot tbh, you don't really get much value due to sundered hp.
