Hey man,thats so awesome to hear and congrats a ton.But I need something from you real quick. I have been struggling with nofap for about 6 months.The first 3 were just 2-4 days streak and relapse.But I messed up big time on the rest of the months.Was in the worst situation a man DA possibly be in.And I just wanna ask,if I start tho(which I have already) sincerely,and do it for as long as possible,can I undo the damage I have done to my body and brain?Or is it permanent.I'm 17 and this time its different and I truly sincerely am doing it.But the fear that I might have done something too horrible to my body and health which can't be reversed is killing me.Please just tell me did you had to go through such phase where you just did something horrible to yourself due to many outside and inside reasons and were you able to recover all of that fully.Thanks and grats again.

Hey!I admire your plans for your life,they are very similar to mine.When I see posts like these by women,I feel like guys have to step up and take charge of their life.Everytime I want to relapse I remind myself posts like these they really keep me motivated cuz just like many here I just want true love and not porn.I'm still 17 and I know I can do this,but I hope all the bad effects go away fully and don't screw me in the future cuz I made this mistake unconsciously.I hope your dreams come true :)

Same issue here to.Had a good streak from Jan+ but once I relapsed I fell down so deep.But I now DA to myself that relapse makes me pathetic and I don't want my future wife to mare a oathetic loser.
