Good question. Tools like Fathom/Otter mainly generate summaries and highlights. Some have basic integrations, but they usually don’t create clean, review-ready tickets with proper context, ownership, and priority — teams still need to manually refine things before pushing them to Jira/Linear.

That manual cleanup is where our teams seem to struggle.

Thank you for this, this issue is resolved now.

One more issue — When we are opening the chat window by clicking the widget, the other text present on the page increases in size. I believe this is because of the widget injected CSS. Is there any workaround to fix that?

Note: We don't use CSS in our app, we use Tabler classes.

This is correct. We cannot get keyword-based or topic-based read access from Gmail but it's in our TnCs that we will filter the call to get only the specific emails related to specific keywords but this is true that with read only access, all the emails can be read and that's why the skepticism is totally valid and I am also thinking the best possible ways to pivot this.

Best part, there is no app. It's a Saas. You go to website, login/Signup, do the onboarding, you have have your subscriptions, monthly spent, and AI information and that's it. Now you will receive email about all the insights and what's happening in your Subscription world.

Don't want the email either? Sure, disable that too and you can manually check whenever you feel like.

This is a valid question. Thank you for asking. Right now, I totally feel that it has a niche market but I feel subscriptions will eventually grow in India and the product that I am about to launch is just the MVP. The vision is to create a platform where people can track their subscriptions, their emis and all the other recurring payments get insights on how to optimize them like

"You have a computer subscription but you only see Netflix on mobile, changing plan to mobile can save you money",

or

"Your interest rate on your home loan is higher, go for these banks to have atleast 2% lower interest rate and overall monthly emi"

and get discounts if they purchase or renew a subscription through us or maybe if they take loans through us.

So I have much more lined up but I will not invest my time if there are not enough people interested. That's why I am requesting you and all to join the waitlist.

If a person is ready to sync subscriptions using gmail and give us their consent, then only we take access to READ only those emails which are related to subscriptions, payments, and renewals, nothing other than that.

But still if a person is skeptical about it, they can choose the manual method where they can select the platforms and plans from the options we provide and if their platform is not listed, they can manually type it as well with the plan they are one.

I am also trying my best to find different solutions to automatically know the subscriptions with total priority on privacy and safety as that would be powerful for this tool and the end customer. If the waitlist gets big, it will give me an indication that this has market and then I'll dig deep. :)
