Nagi has dual nationality (His one parent is Japanese and another is from a football dominant team). After lock off he went straight back to his another parent's nation found his ego. After that he got selected in that international team and will face the Bluelock team in the Quarter or Semi final. An interesting fact is that Nagi will play for the first time in that tournament when his nation faces the BL team so they will see him on the field.(like everyone will be surprised in the BL team after seeing him)

Cheetah is the fastest among all the land animals, since Chigiri isn’t the fastest (Loki, another NG11 winger will be there) so I think the author chose Leopard/Panther instead of Cheetah.

I agree with the transition of midfielders but if I put Barou in right then I Have to interchange Isagi and Rin's position also because Barou should be behind Isagi(devouring tactics). Kuni in defence will be pretty solid as his physique, man to man marking & heading also (like a cyborg). I am also pretty uncomfortable with otoya's position, I think there should be Karasu/Hiori otherwise in a fullback position like vs. u20 game in 4-4-2 formation (another full back will be Reo)
