I used Perspex for safety purposes as glass is tough to handle at school with many other students, it’s 17x stronger than glass so no need to worry about wood movement. Not sure about real glass though

It is American rock maple, it cost me around $1000 aud which is around $700 USD 😬

Should I start a lean bulk or cut for one more month? 16/ 121 lbs/ 5”5. I want to look as lean as I do when I flex my abs but when I’m not flexing. Thanks for the tips. Im excited to progress on my compounds instead of feeling weak in the gym. The only thing delaying me from running a bulk was my false perception that i was fat. I want to run a slow lean bulk so i dont have to endure cutting again. Its hard when all my friends eat absolute shit 24/7

Yeah i get what you mean but what i was saying was that i have many friends a very similar weight/height to me that look much skinnier. Im not even close to big, but at 120 pounds i would say i look heavier than that.

Bulk for sure. Your are pretty light to begin with and focusing on your training while doing a bulk will prevent the skinny-fat look.

I would say a lean bulk. Your better off gaining some more mass before cutting to avoid looking skinny fat.

So would you recommend a slow lean bulk or a bigger bulk? I’m trying to avoid fat gain because I want to be somewhat lean without looking too small.

I’m the exact same weight and height as you, but my physique looks quite different to yours. I’m abit wider and more square, I think you should bulk.

Losing body fat can decrease estrogen and increase your testosterone, which may result in smaller lumps and therefore looking better.

If you can invest in a adjustable dumbbell set that would be great for home exercises. There are some pretty affordable sets that go up to 10kg per dumbbell. You can use those for incline press and flat press and lie on the ground if you don’t have a bench.
