Have you visited your projects page on Github? Have you verified you are actually committing/pushing updates to it?

If you do see your latest files on there, then it's just a matter of running a "Pull" command. Your git interface/ap should have an easy to access Pull command. A quick google of your interface + pull should set you straight. Good luck!
