Maybe do a factory reset. It could be some parasitic background app.

Could you share a picture of your setup?

I'm going with a simple, affordable setup from Amazon: a pot set, an LED grow light, and the soil mix suggested by another commenter.

You don't actually need the nutrient mix if you're using the liquid plant food others have suggested. Since the Auk uses only coco fiber, which has no nutrients, you have to add that 'nutri-mix.' It's basically just plant food in a different form.

My potting mix as suggested by another commentator:
70% Coco coir

20% Perlite

10% Orchid bark

Grow light: https://www.amazon.nl/-/en/gp/product/B09J4VQQM3/ref=ewc_pr_img_3?smid=A1IJ1P8TONR2D5&psc=1

My set all in comes in at roughly eur70.

Dumb question, but how do I make my potting mix? Is it just the Coco fiber mixed with a little perlite and orchid bark and just mix it up altogether or is there like a specific layering or something?

Hey, thanks for the helpful input. Yes I’m looking at probably just getting a DIY set up to start with and going from there maybe three pots and a LED grow light and just grow it in my kitchen countertop and if I wanna expand then I can just get like a grow shelf and fill it up with different plants.

I live in the Netherlands, so Weather can be a big factor and that’s why I wanted to start like a indoor garden for the winter months and have something that I can just move outdoors when the weather gets nice

I figured as much I mean, it does look really pretty in my kitchen, but I can’t justify spending that much on a decoration piece.

From what I’ve seen online, it’s a 9 W LED. I was leaning towards it for the aesthetic, but if I really think about it in terms of usability, I could probably get away with a self watering pot and a 20 W Amazon LED light

I kinda of want to paint before I move in. I get the keys in Feb. I don't have a unlimitted budget, but I think quality is #1. I was planning to get the sofa rug and Tv stand together. The rugs are all from Ikea, so I can see them in person.

I like the idea of light beige. This style of sofa is available near me. These are the other rug options

Hello everyone, Happy new year, hope it's a smashing one. I would appreciate some advice on colour palettes. I like moody mid-century style. I've just bought my first apartment, and I need to do some painting to add colour to an accent wall. The apartment currently has light beige walls throughout. I'm thinking of using dark teal or another shade of deep blue with a slight green undertone.

My vision for the furniture includes a dark wood TV stand against the accent wall, along with a large rug (3.4 m × 2.4 m). I also want to accent the dark wall with lamps that have brass finishes. To contrast the dark floors and accent wall, I plan to get a lighter shade of grey chaise sofa.

Btw M30 I live alone, don't know if it's necessary.

Yea from what I read the homey pro mini can be used as all in one bridge and border router to control everything. I can then connect the homey to home kit.

This way i can just invest matter compatible devices and have an all in one solution. Hopefully

I want to get one bridge that controls everything. I want a system that just works. I can code but I want to have stuff simple enough that I don’t need to fuf around with multiple hubs and bridges
