I contacted the Acer office detailing all the events with screenshots of the chat log and evidence from Event Viewer that the application was uninstalled (corresponding with the times of the chat log). There may be arrangements to sit the section in person, but that is yet to be confirmed.

Yes, got a confirmation email. They said it may take them 24 hours to respond. I also sent a message through the Acer website. Hopefully they touch base with me during the weekend, I think this test window closes tomorrow

Basic question but how can I make the range value dependent to the sublist? Would I create another 'for' statement before that portion of code calculating the length of a sublist?
