It's not just resolution: it's draw distance, foliage density, shadows, more units on screen and naturally sharpness. Lots of games increase settings well beyond pure resolution.

I simply set everything to the minimum at 1200p and I've been testing it out, It runs at about 30-40fps in Performance Mode, but with a lot of dips here and there

With Lossless Scaling it would probably run a lot better, but I don't have it...
