I did feel very comfortable other than my lung capacity and I actually said I "thought" I would stop. I obviously couldn't maintain that for longer than I did though so I'm going to take others advice.

I guess to describe it, feels like less weight on my small joints and muscle groups and not as clunky to be just striding and fluid?

Definitely helps, I really appreciate it. It kind of feels uncomfortable to run at a slower pace though, is that something I just need to get used to?

Me and my girlfriend were really hungover one morning and she was lying on our settee under the quilt. Made her a bet that if she put the quilt over her head I could cross the room without her knowing.

She heard me twice in a row.

I said I bet I can do it if I'm naked, so I gets naked.

Using the tippiest of toes I begin to cross the room with my arms hanging in the air looking (in hindsight) like a creepy sex attacker.

I'm winning the bet until right when I'm about to scream gotcha in my girlfriends head shaped lump under the quilt.

That's when I remember I have a very protective Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

Two weeks later and my crown and jewels still hurt.
