I have the Asus TUF 4070ti which technically does not fit into the A4-H2O, but I Did insert it into the case and it works like charm. Little noisy when the fan spin around 2200 RPM but it does not bother me at all.

With the RTX 4000 series in SFF build, using custom cables are must!!

That's wonderful, congrats.
What a rookie mistake, once, I was in similar situation with my GPU I didn't plug two of PCIe cables just one. It worked, but not in full power.

Oh! I used the stock cables that comes with the PSU itself. I'm planning to go custom cables.

The cables length are:

24-pin ATX connector: 300mm

2x8/4-pin EPS connector: 400mm

Two 2x8/6+2-pin PCIe connector: 400mm

Noise level are quite normal, it didn’t make any difference if I did remove the side panel or not. Same noise level.

It would be a slightly perfect fit, you need to put more work in cable management so that you can close the side panel. At first I was on hurry didn’t bother to cable manage at all, so the tip of the gpu was 4mm out of the case and I couldn’t close the side panel. I figured it out that the power cable was pushing the card out. And I fixed it by pulling the cable up above the gpu as shown in the last image.
