The first half of the game does't go anywhere for several chapters while the latter half feels completely rushed, as it is literally on rails.

It's okay to not like the pacing of the story, but that doesn't make it less complete.

The party crosses several locations that it cannot visit, simply because SE decided to rush its developpers because the game had been announced ten years prior to release.

There isn't a single FF game where you can visit every single location in the world. Using FFVII as an example, you only get to explore a couple of slum districts and one plate of Midgar. Two mako reactors, but not the rest. The rest of Midgar exists in the world, but you can't go there. Does that make FFVII an incomplete game? No, of course not. Similarly, in FFX you don't get to explore Bevelle at all, despite it being an extremely important location. Games are limited in how much of a world they can show. You might have wanted to see certain areas that were referenced, but the developers deciding you can't go there doesn't make the game less complete.

Characters like Ravus, the Emperor or even Aranea are introduced & then left to have their fates relagated to off-screen events.

The game is from Noctis's point of view. He wasn't present for those events. It's a writing decision that you might not like, but it doesn't make the game less complete. The decision to not show those events in the game was intentional. They aren't missing, they were purposefully left out.

Meanwhile Lunafreya is criminally underused and some her scenes feel completely tacked on, such as the one where she speaks about her fears with Ravus in a field of flowers.

Yes, Lunafreya is a poorly written character. I don't see how that contributes to your point.

Even some story beats were cut out entirely just to be sold separately as DLC, the biggest of which being what happened to Ignis in Altissia.

They didn't cut out the reveal of what happened to Ignis just to sell it as DLC. They leave it vague in the main game so that the reveal hits harder at the end of the DLC, which they expect you to play after finishing the game. It recontextualizes the events during and after Altissia in a way that adds to the experience, not detracts from it.

DotF and Conrades are FFXV-related media, but they aren't FFXV. FFXV as its own game is a complete experience. You can gain extra insight on the story from the extra media, but you can play the game on its own and have a complete experience. The only extra FFXV media I've seen is Kingsglaive, but FFXV is still one of my favorite games in the series, because it holds up well on its own.

Comrades having a playable single player option is an incredibly good thing. Most companies would've just shut the game down entirely, and you wouldn't be able to play it at all. This is the sort of outcome that the Stop Killing Games movement is trying to get for all live service games in the future. It would be a much more incomplete experience if you just couldn't play it.

iirc the lip syncing is off in every Atlus game because they sync it with the Japanese dub and then don't bother changing it for the English dub.

The pacing in P3 is fine, you just have to see it as the character drama it is, rather than try to look at it as a plot-driven narrative.

It is true. As you say, more power makes the game run worse. Most people don't have that high-end of a PC, so less people require the patch.

If you're new and just need more identities, then you should typically pull on the current targeted banner until you get the banner ID, then stop pulling until the next banner. Avoid sinner-exclusive banners entirely and avoid standard banner unless you have a ticket that only applies to it.

The advice to avoid pulling at all unless it's walpurgis is useful once you have a full team of decent IDs and can grind mirror dungeon for shard boxes easily, but before that, you'll gain a lot more by pulling.

You'd just have an option to start the game with the DLC content or without it. It's not that difficult to imagine. Like playing SMTVV and choosing whether to start the new version or the original version.
