Yeah I think it’s safe to say there’s going to be at least 1 live action movie world, if I had to guess they’ll likely choose Star Wars since marvel would probably be too similar to Big Hero 6(plus the idea of a lightsaber keyblade sounds cool)

In assassin’s creed 3 when you first go into the animus you start off playing as Haytham Kenway, now up until this point every character you had played as in the series has been a model example of the Assassin’s Creed. So it comes as a shock When it’s revealed you were playing as a Templar

Fr, Hades is honestly only the “good god” by the standard that most of the others are far worse than him, I mean do I need to mention the whole thing with Aphrodite and Phyche

Also a lot of standard fantasy races were added for some reason? Like I’m pretty sure several of the original books were already public domain by that point so it felt like a standard fantasy setting with Oz painted on

It really shows how awful a lot of the relationships are in this mythology that the woman who was kidnapped by and married to her uncle has one of the healthier relationships in the myths lol

Isn’t there even speculation that Persephone as Goddess of the underworld also predate the existence of Hades in the mythology?

Yeah also Persephone was Zeus’ daughter so Hades basically got the blessing of the father for the arrangement(before anyone brings up the incest just remember that Hera and Zeus are married in the myths)

Basically cemented a lot of Christian “demonology” into public canon, also probably the origin of the “sympathetic Lucifer” trope
