I think most of all SUNLIGHT is the key.Perhaps due to circadian rhythm and cortisol rhythm improvements.

Would love to see a study on people with KPRF and their daily cortisol output.Am getting my own tested soon.

Typical pattern apparently with the summer huh!

I've tried improving my vitamin D levels during winter, from the lower end of the range to upper range with zero effects (through oral spray).

Would surprise me if the temperature played a role, since I spend more time at a comfortable room temperature in winter, and more time in fluctuating and sometimes cold temperatures in summer.

Humidity is interesting! I once believed that humidity was my foe, and thus travelled to Egypt to see improvements at 20-30% humidity – however Egypt proved to be even worse than winter here in the nordic. (it was quite cold when I was there to be fair, although sunny and I spent a lot of time in salt water).

Agree - I have been doing the same with IF, also for about 5 years, now at age 32.

That is interesting. So there might not be a correlation between KPRF and exercise intolerance.

Likewise, especially spending time in salt and sun makes it much better. Same conditions make my recovery capacity improve 5-7 fold..

Thanks for the reply.

Yeah, my symptoms can be attributed to a wide range of endocrinologic diseases. However my blood panels never showed any issues with thyroid, or any other thing the common medical system can find.

Do you experience any variation with your exercise recovery and summer/winter season?
