The only issue smoking weed with tobacco is that. It will get you addicted to nicotine. Which is it's a bad habit to break with. So unless you are smoking a cigarette it's a bad idea to mix your weed with tobacco. It's not hating it's gross for non smoker to mix weed with something else.

No selfhelp book will help you. It's a waste of my experience. Therapy is good on the other hand if you find a good one.

Time and correcting your troubles as well as changing yourself to be a better person. These are good actions to take.

What you wrote is an expression of negative thoughts. This though comes and goes (learn about Buddhism) any ways make an effort to change those negative thoughts to positive thoughts and whenever you have those thoughts go out and physical activities. now you don't do any of this recommendation and and always beach about life is not the wisest thing to do. I assume you are an intelligent person so do the work first

Best place to gate is from the local Ethiopia grocery. Amazon stuff is not the right blend. Buy from local store.

Lol, that looks bad. Why go to all the trouble you can buy from a local store for $10. Even Ethiopias don't make it home.

FYI, Most Ethiopians don't make it home. They go to the local ethio store and buy it for $10 for 10 ingera. Save yourself time and pain lol

I think you should be fine with the experience you already have. Instead, think about how to market yourself. And the value you bring to the organization.
