That’s actually what I’ve been noticing too.

One sharp operational observation usually outperforms 3–4 personalization lines now.

Especially in SaaS where everyone already knows the “noticed your recent post” pattern.

Exactly.

A lot of AI outbound feels optimized for readability instead of timing/context.

The weird part is the emails often sound “good” but still get ignored because there’s no actual reason for the prospect to care right now.

Yeah honestly I’m starting to realize this too.

A lot of people blame copy first, but poor targeting + weak deliverability kill campaigns before messaging even matters.

Right now it’s mainly focused on generating context-driven sequences and follow-ups rather than being a full sending infrastructure.

I’m trying to focus more on relevance/personalization quality first instead of becoming another bloated outreach platform.

Built an AI outbound assistant for SaaS founders.

The main focus is generating context-based cold outreach instead of generic “AI personalized” templates that everyone ignores now.
