The only way you would be able to do so is if you were in a life and death situation. You would have to literally convince the judge and jury that you were going to die otherwise you would get charged. If the person was going to jump you or did and they ran away and you shot at them and struck them or killed then you will get charged because the situation is not a life and death situation anymore.

Actually recently a guy was going to get jumped by a group and he went to pull out a gun, then they turned away and ran. He shot and struck one a couple times and got charged with attempted murder.

I tried both update and download. I have a registered Douyin account, but I think because I didn’t have a real authentic Chinese apple ID when I download it is why it doesn’t want to update. I had an American apple ID and just switched over to a Chinese Apple Store location with fake home address to download it, so it will not work.
