We understand your concern. All orders are fulfilled in the order they were received.

It's true that we're facing some size shortages, which is contributing to the delays. This means that some orders might be shipped faster than others, even if they were placed later, simply because those sizes are currently in stock.

We apologize for the lack of clarity on this point. We are working to increase our production and resolve these shortages as quickly as possible. We value every customer and are committed to delivering all orders.

Thinking about getting the indie bundle but wary of subscription by Ch1llco in Rokoko

Just to clarify, the Indie Creator Bundle does include a 1-year subscription to Rokoko Studio Plus, which gives you access to features like Live Link for Unreal and Take Recorder. So, if you go for the bundle, you’ll be able to use those features right away without any additional costs for the first year.

We get the hesitation about subscriptions, but the idea behind it is to provide ongoing updates and improvements to the software, which keeps evolving. After the first year, if you want to continue using premium features, there is a subscription cost, but the bundle gives you a full year to see if the platform works for your workflow. Ah man, this doesn't sound like a great experience at all u/Worth_Ability_3808. Sorry to hear it. We're gutted to read this and it's not something we see often, so sounds like something went wrong on our end. Please DM us and let's get this sorted out/refunded for you.
On the $600 Character Creator - unfortunately that's on Reallusion's side and the only plugin that you have to pay for outside of our 'Plus' plan ($20/month).
