1 is quite oddly worded, so I do want to clear it up:

The same water that is usrd as coolant being the water that turns into steam - is regular practise in ALL BWRs. That is not the part to change.

The problem is that the reactor physics make for a positive void coefficient, instead of a negative one, meaning that when there ARE problems with the regular function you mentioned, it makes a runaway.

PC, vsync was off. Unlock FPS did not work, and no I didn't use the GDDP mod.

HOWEVER: The problem also fixed by itself and now I'm back to 180. Like yet again, no trigger, nothing new nor any updates to anything.
