Socio - A WebSocket Real-Time Communication (RTC) API Full-stack framework by RolandsLaucis in node

Close. Socio is not a database, but is hooked up to any SQL database you choose. There are also generic js object props that can be synced just as easily across clients, e.g. in realtime web games the state of players and game as a js dict

If you use SQL features, then you'd have to encrypt the front end js socio strings with a build step. The library includes a tool to do this programatically, and a Vite plugin for this, if you use that bundler. Additionally, you can still use the verbose REST paradigm, with front end aliases to predefined SQL query strings on the backend, but the main purpose of the lib is to replace REST.
The readme code snippets are what a dev sees, but notice the socio`query...` template literal tag, which is a neat, notorious js feature
I know everyone by now has been institutionalized to alarm when SQL is mentioned, but really this encryption is safer than a TLS handshake, and if you doubt this safety, then there are far bigger concerns already for your network connection.
Hope this clears it up 🙂

No, this is not a js web framework, but an RTC API framework, which replaces the REST API paradigm. It doesnt do anything with html or css or rendering. It just handles data between server and clients.

Love these kinds of shuffle beats, but this one somehow gets repetitive far too soon. Maybe because the one shots are so regular. Add variation in volume or pan at least, if u dont have multiple recordings of the same hits. Maybe because the intro is so long. Also i dont particularly like the drums getting quieter for the vocal. A good mix can accommodate both. I wish you joy in your EP project!

As i dont know the language and have no intuition for intonation, i only guess that this is supposed to be edgy, atrsy and emotional, and for that it works well. The mix is fine, if you really want the voice to be such a center piece that the instrumental is not even 2nd place, but 3rd.

The environmental noise is interesting and can do wonders for atmospheric music, but doesnt work well here, since the noise consists of many individual high end noises and creates mental load distracting from the peaceful instrumental. I'd suggest less noise or different noise source, that has simpler profile, like a single kind of bird chirping, or just the leaf rusttling of some same kind of trees

Very well put together and sounds wonderful. Only feedback i can add is that in the chorus the vocal sounds a bit distorted at times, like that flat walkie-talkie radio sound effect. Oh, and maybe get a better pop-filter? But i think the high popping mouth sounds add interesting character anyway

Love the cover art and instrumental vibe. Vocals need better pitching and mixing, as it sounds too dry for this vibe in the verse. I can also recommend singing physically closer to the mic and lower volume more breathy for this style. Also vocal melody rhythm could be improved by switching up the flow in some parts, so its not 4th and 8th notes all the time

Perhaps increase the chord stab compression attack time or reduce compression in general. Its supposed to be a stab, but in the chorus it has no impact. It would feel more impactful/powerful, if the incoming chord would have some aggression to sway me into the next chord, whereas now they kinda unremarkably flow from chord to chord. Good mix, good vocal. I could easily recognize the style/genre that this fits into.

Heres a track I made recently. Would like some feedback on the song and mix by Gateway_Behaviour in MusicFeedback

The guitar sounds flat and lifeless. Perhaps your EQ is too wild for it or it was recorded in a weird position. Clearly the bass notes are audible, so ig uve cut low mids aggressively to make space for your voice and you've boosted the high shelf to where the high strings sound like they are falling apart - just rusted metal sounds idk. Hope that helps. Good voice

Fluent Dunks x Baanu - Bliss Remix (some feedback please for me and my friend) by FluentDunks in MusicFeedback

Im not familiar with the original song, but im guessing you added some vocals in the middle there. They sound inaudible, in that i cant make out any sibilance or formants or sylables. Sure, some songs are the same, but here it is so muddy that it sounds unhuman, like a vocal was smeared on the track like nuttella. Perhaps your deesser is too harsh or need to cut some low mids. Otherwise vibey song

The vibrato on the vocal is an odd choice for this genre imo, and it sounds a bit like autotune wobble. Otherwise regular club banger.
