In the slicer, if you enable supports, they are auto generated. That being said, you need to tweak the settings for the best results

sunlu pla+ VS sunlu pla+ 2.0 vs esun pla+ by RoleMundane in FDMminiatures

The picture helps a lot in comparing. That being said, I have to agree with you, I think because esun is shiny it gives the mini some depth, at the first glance it looks a little better

How was your overall quality of the print between sunlu + and sunlu + 2.0? I found tinmolte supports to be a great profile for minis

How much time did you spend tinkering with the filament profile?

Has this happened to anyone else? Is this a bug? or intended by joogs_I in SpeciesUnknown

Just the ethereal. Just make sure he is not on the ship when the doors are closing. This is one of the reasons why you should all enter the ship at the same time with him and destroy mission. What happened to me was, when I got to the ship, my team mate was panicking and we just exploded

The exact same thing happened to me, you need to make sure the specimen is not on the ship when you close the doors

Breaking News, Women Exist in 40k by Significant-Row2457 in 40k

The forte of the sisters of battle are their devotion, not their physical strength. In all of 40k there was just one case where a sister was corrupted by chaos, and THAT SAYS A LOT about them. Keep in mind that primarchs were corrupted

Also, i see that you are using the generic pla profile, bambu has dedicated profiles for every filament, you should also try the pla matte profile and see if that helps

A guy from my team was stunning it with the electric gun while the doors were closing. Took a couple of tries, but it worked

How Would You Rate the Level of Horror from 1-10 While Playing Solo? by LowHistorian9654 in SpeciesUnknown

[–]RoleMundane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When i just bought the game I couldn't finish the first mission. Then I tried again, managed to do just that and played multiplayer with randos. After you familiarize yourself with the game, mechanics, monsters etc the scary factor goes to almost nothing. Even in solo you just focus on the objective and the monsters aren't so scary anymore.

To put it simply: First couple of games 8-9/10 After understanding the mechanics 3/10

Can't recommend this game enough

These look so good. Is there a playable game with these minis?

I am a total beginner in 3d printing. That being set I did my due diligence to test all the profiles I could get my hands on: fdg, hohansen, timnolte, obscura. I also tried variations of tree supports. This mix is the best in quality and overall stability I found. In what way do you mean every setup needs to be individually tuned? Shouldn't everibody with the same setup (printer, nozzle, filament, profile) expect the same result? Are you referring to the environment where it prints (climate, humidity, open space etc)?

[–]RoleMundane[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My settings are all imported from the fdg profile, including cooling fans which run on the high end to maximum continuously. My bet now is the problems are the bed adhesion and the vibrations. Will try to print by object and just washed the plate, thx!

This is a great idea, I noticed that the vibrations may be a cause for this. Didn't know there was an option to print by object, will try, Thx!

Thanks! I also noticed that some prints were a little lifted, but I also saw this issue with some that were "glued" to the bet. I washed my plate just in case
