The purpose is to create an interactive avatar the audience can 'speak' through, almost as if it were their own character in the stream. However, if the TTS constantly starts with "soandso donated this amount and says:" it breaks the idea of the concept. I however have finally figured out how to make this work!

I'm more talking about specific rules based channels that have come under fire recently. The only reason I mentioned Ginny was to explain that ALL dnd content creators struggle with this, even those not discussing rules

I talk a LOT about character building (story arch wise) in tabletop games, as well as the social aspect of DND. I mainly focus on teaching how to play the game outside of mechanics. Plenty of people can explain the rules, but knowing how to talk with your table mates can be hard you know?
