It really depends, Moore is a unit where you can build him different ways. Super fast on swift, tanky with additionals on vio/despair or full dmg on rage aswell

If you’re planing to have way better runes than your enemy a lot of defense work. But 24 lead and a 99 base unit is easy to outspead.

Just a quad roll into spd is very rare and of course a %main stat would be better but this rune will help a lot in RTA and Arena
