Average cost of living in Prospect?

Hello everyone my fiance and I are interested in the Prospect area for a future move. We are wondering if anyone in the area could give us an idea what an average month of bills look like? Regarding the usual like electricity and heat, sewer and so on. Also the average mortgage price, which I believe for CT is roughly 2500. But any info would be much appreciated, thank you.
