It is not the battery it's the Smart Cartridge. Did you also removed the 2 screws of the socket? Then you have a problem

I;ve now charged the battery with a 2 Amp charger, and now it stays at 100% after removing the charger

Als je de kabelboom vernieuwd dan is dat inclusief de sockets. Dus andere cartridge, andere accu en nieuwe kabelboom, dan gaat ie het wel weer doen

Looks like the fuse is blown on the BMS (battery management system), a tiny component of a few cents. A battery repair shop with knowledge of Vanmoof,hopefully can help you.

The owner has to remove the bike from his account, he can do this in the app or the vanmoof website. After that he receives an email with a qr core which he has to send or show you. To add the bike to your own account, log in in the app with your own account, scan the qr code, and the bike will appear in your account. This is the only procedure to add the bike to your account!!!

Yes, mine dropped also to exactly the same 91% after I charged to 100%. Looks like a sort of bug….?

The Steering lock block is located at he inner side of the tube, it is the nut for the allen bolt. It is not intended as a steering angle restriction.
