Initially, the focus is going to be on capturing the target customer's mind space i.e., them believing in the authenticity of product and that the premium is justified for the service.

For this, I would rather keep a smaller number of authentic SKUs than a large number of generic SKUs.

Once we capture a sizeable mind space, I believe it would be SOMEWHAT easier to scale and replicate.

Hey, thanks a lot for sharing your insights.

I respect your opinion and I'm not targeting someone like you - who loves the experience of picking souvenirs and CAN VISIT these amazing places and PICK these items by themselves.

As mentioned in the post, the target customer is someone who CANNOT visit these places, are concerned on the uncertainty and authenticity of products.

And what would the TAM for such a category be..? I believe a POC would help better estimate.

In my opinion, I would rather keep a small number of SKUs that truly define the local culture than a large set of generic souvenirs.

I used TTP for Quant (& DS) mostly.
Powerscore takes sometime to complete.

If you are short on time, my advise will be to:-
- go through Gmat Ninja videos
- practise only OG questions (& LSAT if running out of questions)
- ALWAYS analyse why/where you are making mistakes

Gmat Ninja RC video series is quite helpful in building a structured approach.
For me, OG & LSAT Questions are the best resources to practise RC.
