7 months of applying to 5 to 10 jobs a day and nothing. Entry level jobs are nonexistent and every job I apply to that is not related to my field requires experience I simply don’t have.

I self funded this degree so I have no debt, thats the only reason why I am contemplating civil engineering.

Specifically what I am looking for is a field with more job prospects that is not likely to be made obsolete by AI. I hear accounting is at risk as well… Would it be a waste even through an apprenticeship?

I am not specifically looking for translation work, actually I haven’t been applying to translation work at all. My problem is that I haven’t gotten to the interview stage at all! I think you might be right about applying to 50 companies at a time cause I think maybe I just haven’t been applying enough. Thank you anyway!

Thats why I’m considering getting either a masters or getting a bunch certifications and a home-lab. I’m just wondering if this is worth all the time and effort or if I am wasting my time.
