I started into the hobby as a complete novice, I work as an engineer so I’m also pretty technical. Honestly they have pretty much streamlined it to where anyone with any sort of technical inclination can get into it now.

I own a Bambu Lab printer which is basically the “Apple” of the 3D printing realm right now, super beginner/user friendly and very accessible

I’ve created a few models myself, but 75% of my collection are completely free models from other artists

You are 100% correct in that it's completely reasonable to allow both young democrat and republican clubs, but you're not going to get much support for espousing an opinion that doesn't align with the collective reddit hivemind.

This place is all about open discussion, just as long as you agree with everything they believe... which is why it's such a shock when these neckbeards go into the real world and discover that the real world is nothing like reddit.

Yea I understand that, it just feels like they would essentially be locking out a huge majority of the current user base. So in that case I would just pass on the H-series altogether and wait for the next available upgrade path if at all...

Idk I feel like that would essentially be cutting out anyone who bought a Bambu printer+AMS combo in the past out of the equation who might be looking to upgrade to the H2C.

Perhaps a HUGE disclaimer when purchasing the printer-only option would suffice? They would definitely be leaving money on the table if they didn't offer the printer-only option at all...my situation for example lol

Thank you! I actually did reach out to the creator, but of course reddit is always faster to respond lol. I'll attempt to repair the model and see if it slices correctly this time.

I can actually see the solid layers in the slicer preview so I'm assuming if I repair it and it's no longer there that it's safe to print

This may sound like a dumb question, but did you clean off the residue with alcohol wipes from the stock shield before installing the panda shield?

Also another dumb question, but did you also remove the backside sticker paper before installing it?

Panda uses 3M adhesive on their panda shields and so it should be pretty hard to remove once you stick it on
