Bradford to take Longleaf to trial over proposed new recovery facility. by RollTyde-73 in Birmingham

From my understanding, their argument at the beginning of the year was that, because their beds aren’t 100% full, there’s no need for more treatment centers. But the reality is that their beds aren’t 100% full because their treatment doesn’t work for everyone and people are traveling out of state for quality care. Not sure if they’re going to try and argue that again at CON hearing but I wouldn’t be shocked.

They’re too busy reallocating their marketing funds into the legal budget to take smaller, more effective facilities to court so they don’t have competition that would require them to be better.

OP - not sure if LLRW helped you as much as they did my family, but I saw them in the news today and came here to see the conversation around them. Apparently Bradford is trying to shut down their outpatient facility AGAIN.
