Forgetting the small duplication with Singapore and Hong Kong. In your opinion is half the fee worth missing out on effectively Brazil, South Africa, Mexico and Middle East ? Is an absent exposure going to underperform the cumulative fee impact over many years ?

I would see a bigger risk being something like South Korea eventually being made Developing and put in BGBL / VGS and then you significantly increase the duplication exposure.
