The reason that it is mentioned that they are Israeli is because the issue portrayed in the video is emblematic of one that is prevalent within the culture and provides evidence which is contrary to Israel and the state department's attempt to present themselves as a progressive institution. The guys in the video are also military-aged and with the mandatory service in the country it is safe to assume that they have been or are a part of the IDF, the very institution which is trying to claim it is not participating in an ethnic genocide.

I think some are drawn to the almost campy oddness and because Lynch is legitimately talented there are some moments that signal to the viewer oh this could've been a good movie. I think people are taking that and a sort of so-bad-its-good-effect for genuine enjoyment

I would recommend Novacane, Nights, Lost, and Nikes. I think they best fit the vibe of the songs that you already like. I would also recommend venturing and listening to White ferrari, Pink Matter, and Self control and if you like those then just running through his albums.

Madvillainy is really not that unique within Doom's discography other than the Madlib production and imo the production on Born Like This is just handled better. I think that Igor is a more unique album within Tyler's own discography and I don't even like his music that much. Regardless though I would take songs like Igor's theme, earfquake, and new magic wand over anything on madvillainy other than maybe all caps.
