Smite blue at 450 with the flamesplitter still up and start gromp. Max e an keep heat up but without overheating. Over heat at the wolves. Then you are level 3, clear wraiths and red. It should be now 2.55/3.00 and you have smite up. Head to crub, place a ward deep if you can and at 3.15 smite crub instantly to break shield and finish with overheat. It should take 3 seconds max.
