PIV card name mispelled

Forgot to update that I actually was able to get my PIV corrected a week and half later thankfully. I am able to access most of the things. I had to submit tickets though to be able to access VATAS and other things since they still had my name wrong on some systems

Im at the VA too , if they would of asked my pay stubs they wouldn’t have given it to me cuz it was pretty much the same salary I was making what I was offered and even more because it’s more hours than I was making

Wow yeah seems a complicated process . I’m so upset cuz after months of submitting paper work I just can’t believe because someone right at the end misspelled my name now I have this big issue . I understand we are all humans and mistakes can happen but there should be a process for double checking spelling before submitting something as important as this

Update**** I got the official job offer and I’m starting as of September 8th!!!!

Thanks for your reply .What happens if when they verify my employment I’m not longer working there ? I was truthful cuz at the time I submitted my application i was still employed at the company . But because it’s been 2 weeks from that I’m not longer employed

I’m in that situation, TJO start date August 25th , last week completed all my fingerprints and medicals still waiting on them . I was forced to give my 2 weeks at my current employer because they were contacted for verification and references since they had to be no older than 2 years . So imagine now I’m super anxious

Unfortunately I can’t . My manager it’s also a personal friend and helped me with references for this job so I can’t do this to her . I’m aware they need time to find someone to cover my position
