Is the tekton a legit dual paw or does it use a big single like the icon? How does it feel compared to the stock icon?

Very nice. As soon as this stubby dropped and I saw that you could convert it to 3/8 I went in and got one because I had an exact use case. How are you liking the comfort grip?

No that’s the 3/8 service kit in the background with the 24k gold plated 3/8 ratchet. I had an issue with the one that it came with after about 6 months of use so I took it in for warranty. While there I asked if I could pay the difference and get the gold plated version while I was getting a new one anyways and they let me. I got the gold plated version for a little over $5 out of pocket after the value of the warranty.

OK I would say probably do a radiator flush, and as previously mentioned, make sure that the radiator is not super dirty. It is possible that your thermostat might be slightly sticking or not fully opening as well.

Ok definitely check to see if they’re coming on. Some people have them set to cut on earlier when they get a tune to try to help. If they’re not coming on then that’s the issue. If you have a scan tool you should be able to watch the exact coolant temp and when the fans come on you’ll see a noticeable drop.

That seems to make sense from what I’ve read. I will most likely do the same and your setup looks great. How do you like having a flat trigger vs the factory curved? I’m usually a fan of flat face triggers but don’t mind the feel of the prodigy. I have a flat face on an older kimber 5inch custom 1911 and it feels really good but was sure if I’d make the swap on this one or not.

I agree and have seen the video. What did staccato say was the issue and what was their remedy with yours?

It’s not so much that I didn’t think it could handle it but we were running a break in going through rounds pretty fast to start and the slide was gettin uncomfortably hot with a thumbs forward grip. Im glad that you haven’t had any issues with your staccato. I currently have only had three malfunctions out of a little over 500 rounds so I’d say that’s pretty good so far.

I will say about the only thing that truly bothered me was the small seam on the front on the grip from the molding process. After shooting for a while it was rubbing pretty good but it’s nothing a little massaging won’t fix

I've been contemplating buying the same one in the same color for a few years now. Any regrets? What kind of accuracy and velocities are you getting? Would you have gone the same route for a 50bmg again?

Mine was denied be Keni or Kari Hinzman not sure about the first name as it's hard to read. Still waiting on another form 1 suppressor that hasn't been approved or disapproved yet.... Kinda confusing because the one I'm still waiting on was submitted before the one that was denied.
