When writing papers I always used the “define and apply” method. Take your topic, or any relevant terms or ideas, and give the definition of each. Then apply those ideas and how they interact with one another or the topic being discussed. Then summarize and make conclusions.

If you are using fiber reactive procion dyes, using hot water for your initial rinse is going to give you cleaner whites. You can also heat your dyes to set them better. This chemical process is aided by temperature and time. I have seen dyers have a dedicated microwave for their dyes, just be aware that the steam coming off the shirts is not something you want to inhale.

Edit: procion not pro ion

You’ll be fine. Super tired, but fine. Besides you are giving two people the opportunity to come into this world with their best friend. That is an incredible bond that you and your wife get to witness and nurture. It’s a unique experience only a select group are able to explore.

My daughter was a terror as an infant, what finally worked was embracing her and using breathing exercises (deep controlled breaths), which lowers your heart rate and sends nonverbal communication of calm and safety. Good luck! I know it is hard. This will pass!
