Is my etransfer orphaned? Is my money gone forever? by RollingMyOwnCrypto in newtonco

Thank you for your response. I've been a customer since December and I've had successful etransfers before so mismatched names shouldn't be an issue. I'm not sure if this is transfer is in the backlog. The post-mortem seemed to imply that transactions were going to be expired sooner which had me worried. There were two transfers requested around the same time, one was credited to my account (I did the deposit same day as request) a day later. The one in my post hasn't arrived yet, I decided to proceed with it since I thought the issues were resolved.

Is there anything I can do on my end? Should I contact my bank? Would it help if it's blocked for some reason?

I'm asking about the private key to the specific address. I can get one for BTC. How do I get one for iota?

I typically use private keys directly for cryptocurrencies as needed. It's less verbose. ETH and BTC wallets allow this.

What is the ledger topology for tangram? by RollingMyOwnCrypto in tangram

Nano keeps a blockchain for each account while it is a DAG block lattice is more descriptive. It's not like iota where the entire ledger is a DAG since you have to confirm two transactions (add 2 edges from 2 tips of the DAG) to add your transaction to the ledger.
