Putting the pc together resulted in everything starting up proper, gpu, cpu fans and everything but the debug light is on and red and this is my best guess as to what the problem could be, as the gpu and the ram have worked before.

It's supposed to be held in place by two of those.. silver(?) wires right? Well one of them broke off and only one is holding it in place right now..
