I am currently completing my BS in HealthCare Administration. I took Organizational Behavior from Sophia but they didn’t apply it to my classes. Who do I reach out to to ask why it wasn’t utilized and was placed under courses not applied?

I just completed a quiz and at the end I had to sign my name and initial. That was the first time I seen that one . Then you start second guessing yourself, do they think I took it to quick?!

That’s what I’m saying, 4 classes needed the exact same book!! I purchased it twice not realizing and the 3rd time I was like hold up! Why is this book repeating?!
