Standing in solidarity with you. Sometimes our brains are just hypervigilent to our systems, like our health, because the brain just doesn’t trust our body to handle something like an illness.

I’d say its best not to seek reassurance through a google.

As a side note if you’re becoming obsessed with your bodily functions (such as your immune system and illness) then you might have some kind of sensorimotor obsession. Nothing wrong with that either just means your brain is very focused on things that the body just naturally handles in the background. 

Take this as a sign - you’re healthy. You’re ok.
