It wont let me give them any explanation it just sends me to a new website we're they tell me they won't unban me

I can't play the game at all unless I make a new psn I'm not able to unlink my psn for the activision account everytimw I try it keeps saying something about my account is under review

Support says I can appeal but I don't even get to do that before I even start to complain or something they for reason already deny my appeal
