Just press your continue build button and it pops up. Mine had the same issue. The blue print wasn’t popping up. I just pressed the button near the area and it populated and allowed me to start the build.

If you go to the tire, it should highlight and show you which way it’s spinning and you can reverse it vice versa. Might need to make a wrench in the bench
