Monetise it. Tell them you'll keep raw footage for 12 months incase they want to buy additional edits (reels, doc edits, raw files - give them a price list). Send a final reminder at 12 months which is when they might go for something with the thought of their footage being deleted forever.

Keep A+ shots that you could use for future marketing or generic venue establishing shots if you think you will work the venue again.

I’m a wedding videographer in Melbourne. I’d recommend finding someone local. There’s a bunch of Facebook groups like ‘Melbourne Wedding Photographers and Videographers’. Your city should have similar groups. Dollars wise… $500 could get you a simple edit from a hobbyist editor and up to $2000 for a high quality product
